Términos y condiciones de la promoción

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the promotion “Special Offer on MIX'N'MATCH Lanyards with Free Road Transport Delivery” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Żytnia 3 Street, 62-064 Plewiska, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000375389, NIP: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354 (hereinafter: “Organizer”).
The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the terms of these Regulations.
The Promotion is organized from February 11, 2026, to February 27, 2026, or until stocks of Promotional Products are exhausted (hereinafter: “Promotion Period”).
The Promotion may be combined with selected promotions and discounts.

II. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS
The Promotion is addressed to all users who have an active account on: tedgifted.com (hereinafter: “Participant”).
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant should familiarize themselves with the content of these Regulations and accept its terms. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules contained therein.
The Organizer informs Participants about the Promotion via email, on the tedgifted.com website, by phone, and on the Organizer's social media platforms.

III. PROMOTION RULES
The Promotion applies to orders of MIX'N'MATCH promotional lanyards including:

• a cord in a color selected by the Participant from the Organizer's available palette,
• MIX'N'MATCH safety connector,
• full-color print on the MIX'N'MATCH base (one side),
• MIX'N'MATCH plastic ring or MIX'N'MATCH carabiner,
• MIX'N'MATCH phone holder (without marking),
  (hereinafter: Promotional Product).
  Participants may take advantage of the Promotion by placing an order for the Promotional Product during the Promotion Period either online—directly through the website www.tedgifted.com or offline—via the sales representative by email.
  During the Promotion Period, a special price applies to the Promotional Product of 0.85 €/pc /GBP/pc or 3.58 PLN net per piece.
  As part of the Promotion, the Organizer provides free delivery of the ordered Promotional Products by standard road transport to 1 (one) address specified by the Participant, regardless of the quantity ordered.

IV. COMPLAINTS
The right to file a complaint regarding the course of the Promotion belongs exclusively to the Participant taking part in the Promotion.
Complaints regarding the Promotion are submitted and handled in accordance with the complaint procedure specified in the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the website www.tedgifted.com.
The provisions of these Regulations take precedence over the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions of Orders.

V. PERSONAL DATA
The controller of personal data provided by Participants is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska. Participants have the right to access and rectify their data.
Data obtained in connection with the organization of the Promotion will be used for the purposes of this Promotion, in accordance with the Information Clause available on the website www.tedgifted.com.
In the event of any changes to the Participant's data provided during registration, the Participant is obliged to notify the Organizer thereof by email within 7 (seven) days from the date of the change.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences of the Participant's failure to report a change in data. The Organizer shall also not be liable for the consequences of the Participant providing false or inaccurate data.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations are public and available on the website www.tedgifted.com.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time without stating reasons. Amendments to the Regulations do not affect orders placed before their effective date.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
These Regulations come into force on the date of the start of the Promotion.
