Términos y condiciones de la promoción

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the promotion "Special Offer on Bandanas with up to 5% Discount and Free Production Setup" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska, ul. Żytnia 3, 62-064 Plewiska, entered into the National Court Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000375389, NIP: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354 (hereinafter: "Organizer").
The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the terms of these Rules.
The Promotion is organized from February 17, 2026, to March 10, 2026, or until the stocks of Promotional Products are exhausted (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
The Promotion can be combined with the MIX’N’MATCH offer/promotion.

II. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

The Promotion is targeted at selected users who have an active account on tedgifted.com (hereinafter: "Participant"). The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any user from participating in the Promotion at its own discretion, within the limits of applicable law, without the need to provide reasons.
A Participant taking advantage of the Promotion should familiarize themselves with the content of these Rules and accept its terms. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules contained therein.
The Organizer informs Participants about the Promotion primarily via email, on the tedgifted.com website, by phone, and on social media platforms belonging to the Organizer.

III. PROMOTION RULES

The Promotion applies to orders placed in quantities from 100 to 200 pieces inclusive:

Participants who, during the Promotion Period, place an order for BB or BH or BC in the quantity specified in section 1 above may benefit from the Promotion, either online - directly through the website www.tedgifted.com or offline - via a sales representative.
During the Promotion Period, a Participant may take advantage of the Promotion multiple times.
During the Promotion Period, a 5% discount on the regular price of seamless basic bandana 4/4e applies to BB products.
During the Promotion Period, promotional prices apply to BH and BC products:

As part of the Promotion, the Organizer provides the option of additional free samples of BB, BH, or BC, whereby this option is limited to available stock.

IV. COMPLAINTS

The right to file a complaint regarding the course of the Promotion belongs exclusively to the Participant taking part in the Promotion.
Complaints regarding the Promotion are submitted and handled in accordance with the complaint procedure specified in the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on www.tedgifted.com.[1]
The provisions of these Rules take precedence over the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions of Order.

V. PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of personal data provided by Participants is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska. Participants have the right to access their data and to correct it.
Data obtained in connection with the organization of the Promotion will be used for the purposes of this Promotion, in accordance with the Information Clause available on www.tedgifted.com.[1]
In the event of any changes to the Participant's data provided during registration, the Participant is obliged to notify the Organizer thereof by email within 7 (seven) days from the date of change.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences of the Participant's failure to report a change in data. The Organizer shall also not be liable for the consequences of the Participant providing false or inaccurate data.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Rules are public and available on www.tedgifted.com.[1]
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time without giving reasons. Amendments to the Rules do not affect orders placed before their effective date.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
These Rules come into force on the date of the start of the Promotion.
